Review Overview
Campaigns and creatives are approved through publisher review. Reviews are conducted to protect ad quality and user experience.
Review Subjects

Review Results

Campaign Rejection Reasons
| Reason | Description |
|---|
| Already Booked Schedule | Another campaign is already booked for the requested period. Adjust the schedule and resubmit. |
| Brand Policy | Does not comply with the publisher’s brand policy. |
| Not Completed Within Deadline | Review was not completed within the designated deadline. |
Creative Rejection Reasons
Legal and Regulatory
| Reason | Description |

| Current Law Violation | Content that violates current laws and major recommendations. |
| Industry Policy Non-compliance | Regulated industries require review numbers and mandatory text. |
| Prohibited Industry | This industry is not allowed to advertise. |
User Protection

| Youth Protection | Content harmful to minors. |
Content Quality

| False/Exaggerated/Deceptive | Contains false, exaggerated, or deceptive content. |

Inappropriate Content

Rights Infringement

Technical Issues

Prohibited Content
The following content cannot be used in ads.
Absolutely Prohibited
- Adult/pornographic content
- Violence, gore, cruel content
- Hate speech, discrimination, harassment
- Copyright/intellectual property infringement
- False health or financial claims
- Unsubstantiated product claims
- Content exploiting or harmful to minors
Regulated Industries (Conditional)
The following industries may have additional requirements:

Industry-Specific Additional Requirements
Ads for regulated industries must comply with the following.
Review Numbers
The following industries must display review numbers on creatives:
- Pharmaceuticals
- Health supplements
- Medical devices
- Financial products
Mandatory Text
Must include legally required warning text or disclaimers.
Responding to Rejection
Check Rejection Reason
- Check the rejection reason on the campaign or creative detail screen.
- The rejection reason is also sent via email.
Modify and Resubmit
- Modify the creative or campaign according to the rejection reason.
- Click the Save button to resubmit.
- A new review will be conducted.
Inquiries
Contact the publisher if you have questions about the rejection reason.
Policy Compliance Tips
- Ad content and landing page content must be consistent.
- Avoid exaggerated or unverified claims.
- When using copyrighted images or music, secure the rights.
- For regulated industries, prepare required review numbers and text in advance.
- Verify technical specifications and prepare high-quality creatives.
