Campaign Status

You can check the current status from the campaign list or detail screen. For ads to be displayed, both the campaign and creatives must be approved. Even if the campaign is approved, ads wonโ€™t be displayed if creatives arenโ€™t approved, so be sure to register and submit creatives for review after campaign approval.

Basic Flow

Draft

Entering campaign information. Submitting changes status to Submitted.

Submitted

Publisher is reviewing the campaign. Changes to Booked if approved, Rejected if declined.

Booked

Review approved, waiting for start date. Automatically changes to Live on start date.

Live

Ads are being displayed. Automatically changes to Closed on end date.

Closed

Campaign has ended.

Editing Campaigns

Campaigns can only be edited when in Draft or Rejected status. If submitted for review, you must cancel and recreate. After approval, advertisers cannot edit directly. Contact the publisher if changes are needed. Cannot be edited after approval: Ad product, budget, billing type
  • Editable: Draft, Rejected
  • Not editable: Submitted, Booked, Live, Paused, Cancelled, Closed

Pausing/Resuming Campaigns

You can pause campaigns that are Booked or Live. Pausing immediately stops ad delivery and budget spending, and you can resume anytime. While paused, only the end date can be extended. The campaign will automatically end when the end date passes.
Unused budget may not be automatically refunded due to pausing. Consult with the publisher before pausing.
  • Can pause: Booked, Live
  • When paused: Ad delivery stops, budget spending stops, only end date extension allowed

Cancelling Campaigns

Only campaigns in Draft, Submitted, or Rejected status can be cancelled. Cancelling while submitted results in a full refund. After approval (Booked, Live, Paused), advertisers cannot cancel directlyโ€”contact the publisher if needed. Cancelled campaigns cannot be restored.
  • Can cancel: Draft, Submitted, Rejected
  • Cannot cancel: Booked, Live, Paused (contact publisher)

Duplicating Campaigns

You can quickly create a new campaign with the same settings as an existing one.

How to Duplicate

  1. Click the menu (โ‹ฏ) on the campaign detail screen.
  2. Select Duplicate.
  3. A duplicated campaign is created in Draft status.
  4. Set the budget and other required fields, then submit.

PausedAdvertiser stopped delivery
If a creative is rejected, you can check the rejection reason on the detail screen. Modify the creative according to the reason and resubmit. For detailed review criteria, see Ad Policy.

Editing Creatives

Creatives can be edited until the campaign is cancelled or closed. Changing creative content (file, destination URL, text, etc.) requires re-review, and the creative wonโ€™t be displayed during review. Changing only the creative name is reflected immediately without review.
  • Editable: When campaign is not Cancelled/Closed
  • Content changes: Requires re-review, delivery paused during review
  • Name changes only: Reflected immediately without re-review

Deleting Creatives

Creatives can be deleted until the campaign is cancelled or closed. Deleted creatives cannot be restored, so proceed carefully.
  • Can delete: When campaign is not Cancelled/Closed
  • After deletion: Cannot be restored

Pausing/Resuming Creatives

Pausing an approved creative stops delivery of that creative. If there are other approved creatives, those will be displayed instead, with no impact on campaign budget spending. Paused creatives can be resumed anytime.
  • Can pause: Approved creatives
  • When paused: Only that creative stops delivery, other creatives continue

Refunds

Refunds apply only to card payment campaigns. For manual payments, settle directly with the publisher.
  • Campaign review rejected: Full refund
