# Subscription and Billing

> Guide to pricing plans, payment methods, and usage billing for Ad Control platform usage.

You can check this in Settings > **Subscription and Billing** tab.

## Pricing Plans

To officially operate your ad platform, you must use a paid plan (Wave or higher). The free plan (Stream) can only be used for testing purposes, and service is restricted when free usage is exceeded.

| **Stream** | 10,000 image impressions/month | Service restrictions                               |
| **Wave**   | 10,000 image impressions/month | 0.19 USD per 1,000 impressions, 0.38 USD for video |

## Payment Methods

Register a card for infrastructure cost payments.

* **Korean Cards**: Registered through TossPayments, supports KRW payment.
* **Global Cards**: Registered through Stripe, supports payment in all currencies.

  The Stream plan can be used without a payment method. Wave plan or higher requires payment method registration to bill overage charges.

## Usage and Billing

You can check monthly usage and billing history.

* Usage and estimated billing amount are updated daily.
* Previous month's usage is billed on the 5th of each month. Credits are deducted first if available.
* PDF invoices can be downloaded.

  Backfill ad impressions are not included in infrastructure costs. Only direct ad (campaign) impressions are billable.

  Billing is based on UTC time.

## Refund Policy

Infrastructure costs are charges for resources already used and cannot be refunded directly from the Console. Please contact customer service if you were billed incorrectly or need a refund.
