# Quickstart: Reviewing Campaigns

> A guide on how to review and approve campaigns submitted by advertisers.

## Step-by-Step Guide

<Steps>
  <Step title="Check Campaigns Pending Review">
    1. Click **Booking Management** in the left menu.
    2. Select **Submitted** status in the top filter.
    3. A list of campaigns requiring review will be displayed.

  <Step title="Review Campaign Information">
    1. Click on a campaign to go to the detail screen.
    2. Check the following items:
       * Ad Products
       * Campaign period
       * Budget
       * Targeting settings
  </Step>

  <Step title="Approve/Reject Campaign">
    **To approve**

    1. Click the **Approve Campaign** button.
    2. Campaign status changes to **Booked**.
    3. It will automatically transition to **Live** status on the start date.

    **To reject**

    1. Click the **Reject Campaign** button.
    2. Select a rejection reason and write a message.
    3. Click the **Reject** button.
    4. A rejection notification will be sent to the advertiser.

  <Step title="Review Creatives">
    After approving the campaign, you must also review the creatives.

    1. Check the **Creatives** section in the campaign detail screen.
    2. Click on each creative to check the image/video and destination URL.
    3. Click the **Approve** or **Reject** button.

    <Warning>Even if the campaign is approved, ads will not be served if there are no approved creatives.</Warning>

## Completion

Once both the campaign and creatives are approved, ad serving will begin on the start date.

## FAQ

  <Accordion title="I approved the campaign but creatives haven't been uploaded yet.">
    Advertisers can upload creatives even after campaign approval. You'll receive a review notification when creatives are registered. Starting 7 days before the campaign start date, the advertiser will receive notifications about missing creatives.

  <Accordion title="Is there a review deadline?">
    The default review deadline is 7 days, but we recommend reviewing as quickly as possible. If not reviewed within the deadline, the advertiser will receive a delay notification.

  <Accordion title="What happens if the advertiser revises and resubmits after rejection?">
    When an advertiser modifies a campaign, the status changes back to **Submitted**. You can check it using the Submitted filter in Booking Management.
