# Quickstart: 3-Minute Deploy

> A guide to deploying a branded Ad Platform in 3 minutes.

## Before You Start

* Service name (2-20 characters)
* Logo image (PNG/SVG, 256px or larger)

## Launch the Launcher

Log in to the [Ad Control Console](https://console.adrop.io).

* **New signup**: The launcher will automatically appear if you don't have a project.
* **If you have an existing project**: Click on the project name in the top left → Click **\[Deploy new Ad Platform]**
* **Direct access**: [console.adrop.io/launcher](https://console.adrop.io/launcher)

## Step-by-Step Guide

<Steps>
  <Step title="Enter service name">
    2-20 characters, Korean/English/numbers
  </Step>

  <Step title="Upload logo image">
    PNG/SVG, 256px or larger
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter subdomain">
    Example: `myservice` → `https://myservice.adrop.io`
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set operating region">
    Country, timezone, language
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click create button">
    Click the **\[Create]** button to complete
  </Step>

## Complete

Once creation is complete, your Ad Platform link will be issued.
Share this link with advertisers so they can directly book Campaigns.
